Yes. Cracked screens, weak batteries and some functional issues can still have value. Select the closest condition in the estimator.

We recommend signing out of your accounts and completing a factory reset. Devices also go through secure data-erasure and diagnostic procedures before resale.

For a local pickup in Ottawa or Gatineau, you are paid by Interac e-Transfer the same day, once the device passes inspection in front of you. For a mail-in, payment goes out the same business day we receive and inspect your package.

Marketplace can work, but it means listings, haggling, no-shows and meeting strangers with an expensive device in your pocket. Here the offer is set before you commit, the inspection is documented, and you are dealing with a registered Ontario business you can look up.

It depends on what you want. Carrier and manufacturer programs usually give credit toward a new purchase, not cash, and the amount is often fixed regardless of real market value. We pay cash by e-Transfer with no purchase required. If a carrier promotion is running, compare both offers before deciding.

iPhone and Samsung Galaxy phones, iPads and tablets, Apple Watch, MacBook and laptops, AirPods and headphones, plus PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles. If your model is not in the estimator, use the “Device not listed” option and we will assess it manually.

No. The offer is based on the device itself. Including a charger or box does not lower your payout, and missing accessories do not disqualify a device.

Not until it is unlocked. Activation Lock (Find My iPhone) or a Google account lock has to be removed before we can complete a purchase, because the device cannot be reset or resold otherwise. We can walk you through the steps if you are unsure.

Carrier-locked phones are fine, though an unlocked device is usually worth more. We verify the IMEI before payment, and we cannot buy a device reported lost or stolen, or one still under an unpaid balance that has been blacklisted.

No. The estimate is free and non-binding. If the final offer after inspection does not suit you, you can decline and keep your device — for a mail-in we return it to you at no cost to you.

Yes. Repair shops, offices, schools and resellers with five or more devices can use the business form for a single consolidated assessment and payout, with IMEI or serial-number tracking on request.
